AskJyotir offers a free plan that allows you to explore and try the Platform's core features without making any payment. We encourage all users to try the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
If you wish to cancel a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. After this 24-hour window, refunds are no longer available.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
If you are charged more than once due to a payment gateway error or technical issue, duplicate charges will be refunded in full without any deduction. Please verify your bank statement before attempting another transaction if you experience a payment error.
