AskJyotir provides AI-powered astrological readings, birth charts, compatibility reports, transit analyses, and related content based on Vedic astrological principles. These services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AskJyotir does not provide professional advice in the fields of psychology, medicine, finance, or law. You should not rely solely on astrological readings for making important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for health, legal, or financial matters.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not create more than one account per person
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• You warrant that you are the authorized holder of any payment method used
• Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy

5. Free Trial & Free Plan

We may offer a free plan or trial period allowing you to explore the Platform's features before committing to a paid subscription. Terms of free trials will be specified at the time of sign-up.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Systematically extract, scrape, or copy content from the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users

• Use the Platform to compete with AskJyotir commercially

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Astrological readings or predictions will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskJyotir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskJyotir, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
